£35 Center Parcs UK discount: what you need to know about their NEW “Young Family Offer” – [Updated March 2025]

[updated March 2025] For the first time, in July 2024, Center Parcs announced their new “Young Family Offer“, which treats you to £35 off your booking (plus 2 free day passes) if you have a child aged 5 or under. It expired in August 2024, but came back again in early 2025 [ending 11 March 2025].

Here’s everything you need to know in case it comes back again…

What does the Center Parcs “Young Family Offer” include?

In July-August 2024, and Dec 2024 – March 2025, the Center Parcs “Young Family Offer” gave you (if you take a child aged 5 or under):

  • £35 off your booking (per lodge, up to a max of 3 lodges)
  • 2 free visitor day passes (these are aimed at grandparents, but can be used by anyone, e.g. friends, etc)
  • No amendment fee (up to 7 days before you arrive)

In Dec 2024 – March 2025, the offer returned, with the same benefits and terms.

Can you take children older than 5?

Looking through the T&Cs, it says the booking “must include a child of 5 years of age or under” – with no mention of older children. So you can still get this deal, as long as one of your children is aged 5 or under.

However if you ARE taking older children, this offer isn’t valid for school holidays (the list of excluded dates are on the Center Parcs website).

Do you get £35 off per person? Or per booking?

The Young Family Offer gives you £35 off “per unit of accommodation”, up to a maximum of £105. So this means, if you book 1 lodge or apartment, you’ll get £35 off. If you book 2 lodges you’ll get £70 off, and if you book 3, you’ll get £105 off. Any more than that, and you won’t get any further discount.

So, if there’s a large group of you, you only need one under-5 in the whole party, to get the discount on 3 lodges or hotel rooms. If you’re booking more than 3 lodges you would need to book separately (with another under-5 in the separate booking) if you wanted to get the discount.

How long is the offer running for?

The offer was valid for any bookings (using the code) made between 8 July – 9 August 2024, and now 18 December 2024 – 11 March 2025. The actual travel dates can be later than this (the excluded school holiday dates are listed in their T&Cs).

Obviously, this is all subject to change, as Center Parcs could always decide to remove or extend the deal!

How do you claim the deal?

By using the voucher code SAVE35 at the time of booking. It’s valid for up to 3 lodges (or apartments or rooms) but they must be booked at the same time, under the same booking reference.

Which Center Parcs sites are the code valid for?

This is for UK Center Parcs only, and excludes Longford Forest in Ireland (it also excludes Spa Breaks and Spa Suites). So you can use it for Whinfell Forest, Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest, Eleven Forest and Woburn Forest.

How do you claim the 2 free day passes?

You will need to fill in a form to claim the free day passes (apparently if you fill in multiple forms for the same break, they will be ignored!). You can find the form on your booking confirmation page or booking overview page after you’ve completed the booking, and up to 12 weeks before your arrival date. The day passes can take up to 5 days to show up on your itinerary.

Can you combine it with the “Come Back Soon” offer?

No, unfortunately not! The Center Parcs website says the offer “cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer including the Come Back Soon offer. Not re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.”

So if you have the option of the Come Back Soon offer, it’s worth weighing up which is most important to you: £35 and 2 day passes (Young Family Offer) or £50 and price-match guarantee (Come Back Soon Offer).

Are there any other ways to save money on a Center Parcs break?

If you’ve got younger kids and you can travel during term time, that’s when you’ll usually find the best deals! But we’ve also got some other tips on timing your break to save money.
