The prices of Center Parcs activities change throughout the year (mostly based on “peak” and “off peak” times). But did you know, the only way to see the real activity prices for your stay is by logging into their website after your holiday is booked?!
Most people want to start planning and budgeting before that – so here’s everything we know about the cost of Center Parcs activities, to help you plan and get an idea of prices before you book…
Center Parcs “example” prices
It’s not widely known, but Center Parcs gives a list of “example” prices on their website, so it’s a great place to start… BUT it only gives “from” prices (“from” being the key word!) and they’re not necessarily very accurate…
So as a comparison, I thought I’d share the actual prices for our trip to Elveden Forest at the end of March 2023. (This was off-peak and during term time, so the prices might be even higher during school holidays!)

How much more will I pay compared to the “example” prices?
As you’ll see in the tables below, the “real” activity prices were generally higher across the board, compared to the “example” prices given on the Center Parcs website at the time.
For some of the cheaper activities you’d end up paying maybe £1 – £2 extra – but for some of the bigger activities, prices had jumped by as much as £10 or more!
There’s a lot of info here, so we’ve split it into ‘outdoor activities’, ‘indoor activities’, ‘children’s’, ‘water’ and ‘nature’ (that’s how they list it on their website, so why change it, I guess?!) and there’s also a very rough price guide for the spa prices at the end – those prices vary a lot depending on what treatment you get!

Finally, here’s a vague price guide for spa treatment prices at the Aqua Sana Spa at Center Parcs. Unfortunately the main spa was closed during our stay so we weren’t given a price for the 3 hour spa session! I’ll do some more research and add an update once I have some more info…!

So, how much do Center Parcs activities cost?
Well, there’s no way to know for certain until after you’ve booked your trip, but as a very basic guide: court hire and small kids’ activities can start from around £7 – £10… with prices going all the way up to £45 – £60 for some of the bigger outdoor adventures!
