Whether you should pack toilet roll for Center Parcs depends on a few things – like where you’re staying, what type of lodge, and how much stuff you’re planning to take in general! For many, the short answer is ‘yes’, you do need to take toilet paper to Center Parcs, but the long answer may surprise you…
All lodges get a “starter” toilet roll
As a self catering holiday resort, Center Parcs doesn’t provide essentials for your whole stay – like loo roll, soap or dishwasher tablets. However! They do start everyone off with mini packs of essentials (and 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom), so you won’t get caught short on arrival!
Executive lodges can get extra
If you’re in an “executive” lodge, you’re in luck! At the time of writing this, executive lodges can request more toilet rolls for free from Guest Services, as and when you need them. It’s obviously best to double check when you book your trip, as things can (and do!) change… but free ‘replenishment’ is usually one of the perks of upgrading your lodge for your Center Parcs stay.
Can you buy toilet roll on site?
Yes! If you forget to bring toilet paper, or just don’t have the space in your car to bring it, you can always buy extra rolls from the Parc Market shop on site. Have a think about how far away your lodge is from the shop though, because packs of loo roll can be bulky to carry – especially if you’re riding a bike!
Everything you need to know about taking toilet paper to Center Parcs:
- Each bathroom in your lodge starts with 1 or 2 rolls at the beginning of your stay (so don’t worry, you won’t be caught short on arrival day!).
- “Executive” lodges can request more rolls for free from Guest Services (always double check this is still the case when you book!)
- If you forget to bring toilet roll, or don’t want to pack it in your car or suitcase, you can always buy some from the “Parc Market” shop on site when you arrive – or at any point throughout your stay.
